Dynamic Modeling and Vibration Characteristics Analysis of Deep-Groove Ball Bearing, Considering Sliding Effect

To study the vibration characteristics of deep-groove ball bearing, considering influence sliding, dynamic model DGB 6205 system is established in this paper. The includes movement bearing inner ring X and Y directions, rotation cage, each ball, revolution along radial direction ball. Based on model, differential equations motion are established, correctness verified by experiment. slip studied numerical simulation. At same time, time-varying load studied. Then, sensitivity parameters analyzed. results show that sliding speed between raceway greater than outer raceway. response under less constant load. increase clearance will system.
